Our Process
Custom design doesn't have to be difficult, so we make it as simple as possible.
Send us an email, we'll send you back a design form to fill out, and we send a quote based on your design form - all while answering any questions along the way. Sounds easy because it is!
We work with the best suppliers around the globe to source incredible wood and materials. Our Woodworks are some of the most skilled in the industry and guarantee quality.

Send us an email to begin the discussions of your custom creation. If you prefer a phone call, please provide us with your number and we will give you a call. If you have any questions about design styles/wood examples, we would be happy to send you photo examples.
The quote
Once we have received the form with your design specifications we will send back a custom quote for your review. This is the stage where final design and cost will be decided.
The creation & delivery
Once the customer has approved the quote and signs-off on the final design a 50% deposit is required to begin the custom order. Upon receiving the deposit we start working our magic to create your design. Custom work can take approximately 1-6 months from deposit to delivery. Please inquire about the timeline for your custom project.
